DSC again ranked the No. 1 non-university college in the U.S. and moved up in all
rankings for Best Online Bachelor鈥檚 Programs, Best Online Bachelor鈥檚 Program for Veterans
and Best Online Bachelor's Business Program.
DAYTONA BEACH, FLA (February 7, 2024) 鈥� For the 12th straight year, U.S. News & World Report has ranked 福利姬鈥檚
Online Bachelor鈥檚 Programs among the best in the nation. And DSC is again the top-ranked
non-university college in the United States, advancing in the overall rankings among
all colleges and universities nationwide.
U.S. News & World Report ranked 福利姬 State 28th of all colleges and universities
in the country for offering the Best Online Bachelor鈥檚 Programs, 18th in the nation
for the Best Online Bachelor鈥檚 Program for Veterans, and 124th in the nation for Best
Online Bachelor鈥檚 Business Program. 福利姬 State鈥檚 ranking increased in all three
categories over the 2023 rankings.

U.S. News & World Report ranks schools according to their performance across a set
of widely accepted indicators of excellence that include four general categories:
engagement, services and technologies, faculty credentials and training, and expert
opinion. The expert opinion category surveys high-ranking academic officials to help
account for intangible factors affecting program quality that are not captured by
statistics alone.
福利姬 began offering bachelor鈥檚 degrees in 2006 with the Bachelor
of Applied Science in Supervision and Management. Since then, the College has added
bachelor鈥檚 programs in Engineering Technology (BSET), Information Technology (BSIT),
Elementary Education, Secondary Education (with specializations), Nursing (BSN), Accounting,
and Cardiopulmonary Science, bringing the total number to 13. The Bachelor of Science
in Supervision and Management, BSET, BSIT, BSN and Bachelor of Science in Cardiopulmonary
Science can be completed entirely online.

Offering more than 100 certificate, associate and bachelor鈥檚 degree programs, 福利姬
State College is the leader in education and workforce training needs of Volusia and
Flagler counties and beyond. The College enrolls approximately 23,000 students a year
at its seven campuses, with graduates serving in critical fields including healthcare,
emergency services and public safety, business, education, hospitality, engineering,
project management, accounting, computer science, digital media, and more.
福利姬 State has been recognized as a leader in higher education numerous times.
In addition to USN&WR鈥檚 ranking, the U.S. Department of Education鈥檚 College Affordability
and Transparency Center ranks DSC among the top 50 most affordable public four-year
institutions in the country, with less than half the tuition of the national average.
